It was a very hot summer. Everything was dry. The ponds and streams had dried up too. There was hardly any water. Two frogs went searching for water. At last, they found a deep well. There was some water in it. The first frog jumped in.

It said to the other frog, “The water here is cool and sweet. Please jump in. Nobody can hurt us here.”

But the other frog peeped in, but did not jump in. It said,  “You may be right. But what will happen if the water in this well dries up? How will you come up?
